GUIDELINES
FOR ISSUANCE OF APEDA’S REGISTRATION-CUM-MEMBERSHIP
CERTIFICATE (RCMC) ON ONLINE SYSTEM |
If exporter desires to file application for issuance of
Registration-cum-Membership certificate through APEDA ON LINE SYSTEM
he may visit APEDA website @ www.apeda.com

The exporter has to enter his IE Code to access his company
details at APEDA website. |
| 2. |
The exporter is required to enter the requisite details in the prescribed
format. |
| 3. |
The exporter has to remit APEDA registration fee for Rs 5000/- through
the credit card. |
| 4. |
The online system will generate user ID and PASSWARD |
RCMC will be issued by APEDA only on submission of the following
documents by the exporter. |
| 1. |
Photo copy of I.E.Code issued by DGFT |
| 2. |
List of the Director’s/Partners/Proprietor
on company letter head in triplicate. |
| 3. |
Manufacturer exporter
may produce Agmark/ copy of SSI/ 100% EOU/EIC/Horticulture department’s
certificate (grower) etc as a proof of manufacturing. |
| 4. |
Pvt.Ltd /Public Limited companies/Societies should forward a copy of
their Memorandum and Articles of Association and Partnership firms should
forward their Partnership deed attested by notary. |
| 5. |
E-mail Addresses
and Fax Nos of exporter’s are compulsory for
Registration. |
| 6. |
Copy of Pan no issued by the Income-tax department. |
| 7. |
Current/Cash/Credit A/c in scheduled bank. |
